Deed Amount How much the owner of the property borrowed in the deed of trust. Deed amount is useful in determining if the homeowner has any equity; also helpful in estimating the opening bid of the lender/mortgagee.
Deed Type Helps determine the covenants of the deed for the purposes of buying the property subject to the deed.
Executed Date The Date the deed was put into effect. See Deed Amount.
Grantor 1 The first listed borrower. Usually, also the owner of the property.
Grantor 2 The second listed borrower.
Lot Sort This is a particular Sort or listing of the properties in the order of lot number, Block number and New City Block (or City block if no New City Block).
Map Grid The Mapsco grid coordinate. This is only available in Bexar and Travis Counties. We feel that in the other counties it is easier to place a posting by the city. All of the other counties have several towns and cities.
Mortgagee The lender.
Posting The posting number of the property as assigned by the county. Only Bexar and Travis assign posting numbers, Rex assigns their own number in all the other counties.
Previous Post The last month and year the rex database believes the deed of trust was used for posting a foreclosure. If the loan was paid off or otherwise terminated, and the house showed up as a new posting for foreclosure, then the database would consider this a new first foreclosure.
Previous Count How many times the deed of trust was used for posting a foreclosure. Some of our experienced investors have used Previous Post and Count to check their records to see if they have been to the house before.
Property Zip The Zip Code of the property.
Published Date When the property was published on Rexreport.com.
Subdivision The legal subdivision in which the property is located. Part of the legal description or legal address of the property.
Trustee The name of the trustee on the foreclosure notice. In cases where the trustee is in the habit of assigning the sale function to a different person, we will list the person who is likely to do the sale.
